Who operates the site
The Nine Man website is operated by Jedburge South Management Solutions LLC (“JSMS LLC”). This notice applies to the website and its beta-update signup form.
Information you submit
When you join the beta list, the site collects the email address you enter and the date and time your consent is recorded. The signup form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. It is used to screen automated submissions and is not intended to collect personal information.
How the information is used
JSMS LLC uses a beta-list email address to share The Nine Man testing invitations, development announcements, and launch updates. The address is not sold or used to advertise unrelated products.
Storage and service providers
When you submit the form, the information is processed by a Cloudflare Pages Function and stored in a Cloudflare D1 database managed for JSMS LLC. Cloudflare also processes website requests to provide hosting and security. The beta-list database stores the email address and consent time; it does not store your IP address.
Retention and removal
Your email will remain on the beta list until you ask to be removed or JSMS LLC closes the list. To request removal, email privacy@thennineman.com from the address you used to sign up, or include that signup address in your message. JSMS LLC will remove it from the active beta list.
Children
The website is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. If JSMS LLC learns that a child under 13 submitted an email address, it will take steps to remove it.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the website and beta program change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when a material change is made.
